Frequently Asked Questions;

How are reservation done?

We take reservations via our office number during office hours, Facebook and the online form at all times if we are able to.
Do give us time to reply to Facebook message as well as the online form for confirmation.

How early do I need to make a reservation?

We encourage you to make as soon as possible so we can confirm your details. Do note that there is a 15 mins grace period for each reservation.

What happens if I am late for my reservation?

Do call us if you are late, we will be able to extend your reservation for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you do not contact us to extend we will only hold the table for a maximum 15 minutes thereafter we will release the table.

Can I drive to Mambo Beach Club?

No, you will have to park at Beach Station Carpark or drop off at beach station if you are taking a Taxi.

How long is the walk from Beach Station?

It's a 5 minute walk, or you can take the tram which drops you off directly outside the club

Can we reserve sun beds?

We do not take reservation for our sun beds, sun beds are on a first come, first-serve basis.

How to redeem The Entertainer App vouchers?

We are please to announce that we are a partner of the Entertainer , you will be able to enjoy buy one get one free offers on our Main courses, Pizzas and sandwiches using the App. Do inform our staff if you wish to redeem the offer before payment.  Please note that the use of the Entertainer App is not applicable on Eve of and on Public holidays.. Does Mambo allow dogs?

Yes we allow dogs, dog bowls and fresh water will be provided. However dogs are restricted to within the smoking area side of the club, they must also always be on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the showers, pool, bathrooms or indoor area for hygiene reasons.

Is there a cover charge?

No, there is no charge to use the facilities, however guests are expected to purchase one item each from the menu.

Can I bring in outside food and drink?

No, these items are prohibited, unless prearranged for events only.

Do you provide cakes?

No, but you can bring your own at no additional charges and we can help you store. Just inform us beforehand.

Is there a corkage fee for outside alcohol brought in?

Yes, Hard Liquor are at $100++ per bottle & Wine is $50++ per bottle. Only bottles of 750ml and less can be taken in, and NO DUTY FREE alcohol is allowed. All BYOB bottles have to be declared or they will be confiscated.

Is there anywhere to purchase towels or swimwear?

We do sell Mambo towels at $19.90++ or you can get a Beach Kit that comes with a towel, a bag and a cap at $30++ . But Located next door to us is Billabong, who have a range of all swim wear you would need.

Can I open a tab?

Yes, a valid credit card must be placed behind the cashier, and a tab number card will be issued to you. No Card = No Tab.

Can I pay in other currencies?

Only Singapore Dollars are accepted, but we also accept international Visa, Mastercard & Amex cards.

What is the dress code?

Beach casual wear, we do not allow guests to parade around in their underwear, you will be asked to leave.
